November 24: Canadian Aboriginal Festival Sommelier Appreciation of Aboriginal Wines, Spirits and Food, Roger's Centre Toronto ON. Hosted by award winning Sommelier and Restaurateur, Doris Miculan Bradley, the event will include a Sommelier Appreciation and Intellectual Review of the Wines and Spirits received from global Aboriginal communities. Attendees will have an opportunity to sample Food of Native origin pared for sampling with wines and spirits. Sommeliers currently involved in the Food and Beverage Industry will have the prospect to review submissions from producers such as Cherry Point Vineyards, Canada, Nk'Mip Cellars, Canada, Biondi Pisco, Bolivia, Palliyawatte's Ceylon Classic and Cuvee Noir, Ceylon.
